EBERLE DESIGN SETS THE STANDARD FOR QUALITY AND RELIABILITY
Eberle Design, Inc. (EDI) is located in Phoenix, Arizona, USA and has been a manufacturer of transportation control products since 1980. The company was founded with a commitment to total customer satisfaction and thorough quality control. It is this manner of business that has helped make Eberle Design the broad-line industry leader in traffic control and access control products.
EDI provides traffic control and access professionals with reliable hi-tech component products (signal monitors, vehicle detectors, power supplies, load switches, flashers, bus interface units, and detector harnesses) that offer value added benefits for traffic signal cabinets as well as gate, parking, and/or door operators. These benefits include built-in set-up and diagnostic tools which literally save technicians time and money to accurately install and trouble-shoot these mission critical systems, thus banking budgeted dollars and maximizing profits.
EDI continues to set the standard for quality, service, and product reliability by our thorough Total Quality Assurance (TQA) in-house testing process to ensure performance and reliability, same day shipment on small quantity orders, a three to ten day turnaround on equipment repairs, and the dedication of our personnel to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
The Eberle Design TQA process has achieved certification to ISO 9001:2000 quality systems standards. The registration, by Moody International Certification, Inc., includes all sales, marketing, customer service, engineering and manufacturing facilities and functions.
While EDI had previously enjoyed a quality reputation thanks to its TQA quality management system, this registration takes its quality standards an additional step. The ISO 9001:2000 quality systems certification signifies that EDI monitors and tracks customer satisfaction, as well as adherence to procedures and quality standards, for a more total approach to customer satisfaction. "Our goal is to promote even more customer confidence in our products and services." says Quality Assurance Manager, Steve Schoen. "We are always looking for ways to improve on our successes at EDI, and this is a good one for us and our customers.
EDI’s traffic control and access control products are used world wide and all EDI products are manufactured in the USA.
